1. ## Eternal Return.

The alternatives ''me'' would only be visually ''me'' but not in form of real ''me'' on this earth. Only the EXACT same combination of atoms that is the same like ''me'' on this earth, writing to you right now, is gonna have the same life repeated.
2. ## Eternal Return.

I doubt you understand the concept of eternal return then. I recommend you to check nietzsche eternal return.
3. ## Eternal Return.

I must admit, that I barely understand what you mean. Yes there are infinite number of identical ''me'' that live a good life with only happiness, but they are not me. I talk about me and my life in this universe. And if infinite exists then ''I'' will keep repeating this same life, while my ''copies'' that had a good life will keep having a good life due to the repetition.
4. ## Eternal Return.

But there is infinity infinites. That would include everything.
5. ## Eternal Return.

But thats not me. Me is in this universe writing to you and I have bad life. So assuming universe is infinite, I will keep on repeating this miserable life.
6. ## Eternal Return.

If the infinity exists, then all things that happened (like our existence) has to happen an infinite number of times. In fact, what makes you think we won't be living the same exact life over and over again? We are just part of atoms and given infinite space and time, eventually the same atoms that made our universe , me, and you, will come to the same order and make exact identical universe like ours. We are eternal and immortal. Its sad because if your life is bad then you are bound to have that life for eternity..
7. ## Eternal Return.

If the multiverse theory is true, it means that there are infinite number of planets, in fact infinite number of planets exact same as ours. There are infinite number of ''ME'' out there living the exact same life as me. Now you may agree or disagree of the theory, but if we take the path I did, which is that I believe in the theory, then I want to ask some basic questions: 1. If the theory is right and there is infinite multiverses out there , existing for eternity without beginning and without an end, does it mean that I personally , after I die, will live again the EXACT same life as I
8. ## Will We Live Forever?

The basic premise proceeds from the assumption that the probability of a world coming into existence exactly like our own is greater than zero (we know this because our world exists). If space is infinite, then cosmology tells us that our existence will recur an infinite number of times. We also know for a fact that we are made of atoms and particles. Giving infinite time and space, there will eventually be same atoms and particles IN SAME ORDER, therefore our existence is cyclical and not linear. Speaking of logic, the only reasonable answer would be that we indeed are living in an eternal
9. ## Infinity, Eternal Life

''When the entire history of the universe is repeated, “a you” will experience it again, but with no recollection of any previous lifetime'' Well, it still doesnt mean that it won't happen even though we will never be aware that we have lived that life before. It still means that we are reocurring infinite number of times. For eternity... What is your opinion on the eternal return? Do you think you will eventually live again when atoms and particles form exact same universe as ours?
10. ## Infinity, Eternal Life

True, but that doesnt change the fact that we will live same life again and again. So if my life is hell now, it means that if the eternal return theory is true, I will always live like in hell?
11. ## Infinity, Eternal Life

The risk for heard disease is not 100% or 0 % therefore the data cannot predict whether it actually will happen or not. Same with the universe. If the chance is 0.000000000000001 that an exact same universe as ours will exist, given infinite time and space, it will happen with a 100% certainty.
