Eugene Posted November 1, 2002 Report Share Posted November 1, 2002 It has been said that in order to orbit a probe about one of our closest celestial neighbors would require the ability to describe the degree of arc to 6 decimals of a second. As an amateur enthusiast I would like to attempt plotting such a course.
