Tormod
Well, I am not. So that's at least 2. We don't know if Aki does. Unc is always busy with other things. So 4 no's out of 4 is a good clincher.
Aki
Yup, I do follow it. Well I'm originally a hockey fan, but there's a lockout going on in hockey, so I'm stuck with baseball.
Uncle Martin
I rest my case!
Aki
I'm surprised I thought you people are from the States, and the baseball playoffs are everything down there.
Tormod
A lot of us are Europeans...not a lot of baseball here. REAL football is the thing.
IrishEyes
Sorry, Aki. I've only ever followed baseball when I lived in Baltimore and Ripken was still playing. I can remember the fervor when he became THE Ironman. What a thrill. After that, I moved away from Baltimore, and baseball lost its hold on me. I will still cheer for the O's if I see them on SportsCenter, but I don't intentionally watch the games. College football, Pro Football (US flavor), and children's soccer currently dictate my attention to sports.
Aki
ah I see. I didn't know most of the people here are Europeans
Tormod
No, it's not most but about 25-30% I think. Most are US/Canada, plus some foreign students who live there. We also have some Asians (but no Australians and very few South Americans, AFAIK). An nobody from the Antarctic, either.
Wannabe Genius
A lot of us are Europeans...not a lot of baseball here. REAL football is the thing.Gah! football - never ran into anything as boring in my life! And being an English cricket fan, that says a lot!
