Needing help

Need some info and suggestions on what would be the best program overall to get that covers data backups (including audio and video backups) that would work well on an old PC running win 98 450 MHz P3 processor, etc.

Try the backup program that comes with win 98, should be on your install cd.

Alternatively, there's a small program called SecondCopy which I use to make backups of my files and folders. It's $30 but you can try it out first. It can schedule tasks so basically you can set it and forget it. Should work fine on your computer.

Sorry, I missed the topic title where you say CD/DVD burners. Well, I'd suggest Ahead NERO for that.
