Everyday we deal with corruption in governments of this world. There are groups of people that keep the corrupt in power for every 1 corrupt persons there are 100 non-corrupt individuals just trying to feed their family keeping that person in power, the dilemma we are faced with is how to remove the corrupt without damaging the non-corrupt. What would you suggest, how does one without hurting the non-corrupt persons just doing their job remove the corrupt or what are your thoughts about corruption in the governments of this world?

P.S. Remember it is not the governments that are corrupt but rather certain people in the governments that are corrupt, There is a difference between being against a government and being against certain people that make it corrupt, the difference between being against the office and the person in the office.

Michael Gross wrote this thesis paper that shows the differences between Corrupt Organizations and Organizations of Corrupt Individuals.

I wouldn't be surprised if the politicians answer is a bit of both. And I don't mean Trump, Johnson, Morrison, and Putin etc I mean the major political parties that foist their democratic responsibilities onto the 'free market' and say "what can we do about it".
