Dark matter is gravity - but it has to do with local dynamics inside of the galaxy, its easily proven since current dark matter fails since it was not around during the first four billion years. This indicates it has to boil down to a gravitational influence inside of the galaxy itself, which the greatest significance comes from the central supermassive black hole. But we've been through this, I don't believe the standard model has any of this correct in terms of how they have interpreted the data.
