Seeing as I live in South Africa, with the highest incidence of this dread disease, it's to my country's benefit for a cure to be found. However... I will not condone blatant racist remarks such as this. How would you like it if I posted here that India is a poor country because Indian minds can't understand or accept Western economic models? And nobody's plundering you in the name of 'loans'. It's called 'INTEREST'. If you can't pay it, don't borrow the money in the first place. Please tone down on your racism, and give us some proof of this AIDS-'cure'. I don't know if I'm overstepping my authority here, but consider yourself warned. Then due to some restricitons on trade there will be other fees, but to speed up the process, we can give you our bank account number so the funds can be validated and the medication can be sent. The problem is that HIV mutates so quickly that a vaccine wouldn't work well. Even the immune system, once alerted to it, has a difficult time identifying and destroying it.
