For Exchemist

Came across this video today, in which a whole bunch of scientists are talking about zero point fields, and since your knowledge on it was not great, I thought you'd be interested in what they are saying.

My only objection is that one scientist distinguished reaching zero temperatures as possible, so long as you can do it in an infinite amount of steps, which is just garbage to say the least, infinity is not a number, its a concept. And they don't exist.

As you will see, I was correct in what I told you, you cannot reach absolute zero and even in the ground state, there is motion. Motion still translates in this sense, that there are non-zero temperature contributions.

There are some who claim to have reached temperatures lower than absolute zero.

Atoms Reach Record Temperature, Colder than Absolute Zero

Absolute zero is often thought to be the coldest temperature possible. But now researchers show they can achieve even lower temperatures for a strange realm of "negative temperatures."

Oddly, another way to look at these negative temperatures is to consider them hotter than infinity, researchers added.

People with more competency than me may be able to judge these claims.  I can't.  I just report what the papers say.

So you have a really bad memory as well Flummoxed? You do realize all those conversations are down on record, it was clearly a two sided discussion in which exchemist would not concede that

1. You cannot reach absolute zero

2. And that temperature still exists there

So take your trolling somewhere else.
