rimwehbeZ0
I want to separate crude honey bee venom using reverse HPLC, in order to isolate a specific component. Does anyone know an efficient protocol?
Vmedvil2
Just extract it directly from the stinger glands using a needle which should have a high concentration or have them sting a skin culture, otherwise this Video shows an industrial way to collect it. For separation can't you just centrifuge it to separate the heavier and lighter chemicals within it.
