If cancer is an abnormal growth of our own cells, I would expect that artificially stimulating growth beyond what your cells have programmed could lead to an increased risk of developing cancer.  In any case I doubt adult stem cells would be receptive to HgH.

My dad is 5'-6" and I am 5'-8", both of which were considered average heights for our generations. The height average has been increasing slightly every generation, presumably due to better nutrition.  Either that or aliens are influencing our development to be more like them.  :alien_dance:

I think that what we eat affects our body in all areas, on health, on growth, on body tone. But in modern conditions it is impossible to get all the vitamins from the foods we eat, we have to supplement the diet with food additives https://tonusjournal.com/brain-health/vitamins-minerals-brain-memory/I was interested in the information about growth hormone, although this topic still needs to be studied in detail. As an alternative, you can hang on the bar to get taller.
