In the picture, is the (quote) "supermassive black hole" at the very top?  If so, where is the "quasar that is falling into it?  Also, is each of those four (what I call) "prongs"  extending from the center of the picture another back hole?  In one of those I do see what looks like a star falling in. 

 

Those four prongs are interesting.  They draw the observer's attention to the center where they meet.  An interesting picture accompanying the article about the discovery at the Keck observatory in Hawaii.
