No that will make me hungrier and I will get bored of it. I am overweight because I've been consuming over 100% daily value of a certain type fiber. Pseudoephedrine is a thermogenic, dxm causes self-hypnosis which is a tier above willpower but also decreases hunger hormone made in the gut when fasting so it tricks the body. Speaking if fasting which increases testosterone by 200% in a day, it increases blood sugar control.

Before I took that picture I felt a sting in parotid gland, meaning my metabolic hormones were through the roof, this was after overusing nicoderm patches to create what seemed like a never ending cold but it was the parotid gland. Nicotine is an anti-aromatase.

Muscle definition has nothing to do with mass, it's hormones.

Well, I have been eating like a mad man..

But at first that didn't matter. Now it's starting to become a problem. The fiber increases the digestive enzymes which is a way to increase metabolism, but that alone isn't enough apparently.

My point is you can radically alter your body chemistry with drugs and fiber without diet and exercise so long as you fast a little bit and use those drugs and consume that fiber.

5lbs a day isn't healthy weight loss. It could very well and likely be water weight, leading to dehydration which in turn will cause subcutaneous water stores to become over-active. This leats to "water bloat" as well as a few other negative health effects.

If you want to hit a weight target, there is really only one way: balance caloric and protein intake. Either eat less calories than you burn at rest (and always be hungry) or increase your activity to burn what you eat (and just be hungry sometimes). There's no real "magic bullet" for rapid weight loss that doesn't involve serious health risk.

Also, make sure you drink LOTS of water. Initially lots of water will stockpile in your system(you'll prob gain about 5% body weight), but after a couple days of being hyper-hydrated your body will stop "stockpiling" it and it will flush about as fast as you take it in. Flushing like that helps quite a bit with reducing BMI in a healthy way as it "turns off" the part of your genome designed to keep you alive in situations with food& water shortages. It's still important to count your calories and actually be active, but it's MUCH easier to control BMI if you're not fasting and dehydrating, forcing your body to go into "survival mode" on a cellular level.

If you're dead set on chemical help, look at vitamin b complexes as they're important to dissolving fatty deposits back into fuel.

Edit: side note on vitaminB saturation: if you over-saturate vitamin b your skin will start feeling like you have a rather bad sunburn, and flush a red color. That's uncomfortable but it's a sign that the fat stores under your skin next to your nerves are reacting as expected and reverting into usable fuel.

N o no I don't lose much per day.

"Intermittent fasting". The ketogenic diet. Humans are designed for fasting and lean meats low carb.

Of course that's why you don't see DV in protein products like you do everything else. Otherwise everyone would only eat turkey. If you're the 1% you can't have a bunch of attractive lean people running around.

Anyway that's why they overprice mammals such as turkeys or cows. But there are cheap ways to compensate for a protein deficit & remain lean. Intermittent fasting, ephedrine, and fiber.

They also rig digital scales, & I've used an average between 3 different types of scales all claiming to be accurate, to make you think that you are 4.3 pounds lighter than you really are.

I'm 5'9", if I hit 140 that's the bell curve for my height. We're talking unlimited growth hormone production well into my 40s every-time I manage to fast long enough to hit it without losing mass (which only happens when your drops under that bell curve which is really hard to do I mean they fast for 3 weeks on Naked & Afraid and they never lose any mass like that actor in Unbroken or truly anorexic people). Some people on that show are already anorexic.

Everyone has such a bell curve weight provided their natural hormone levels aren't disrupted everyone who is anorexic has dropped below their bell curve when I hit 140 for the 1st time I'll be eating immediately. But I was close, 143, I was around 148 in that picture in my OP.

Very rarely, I mean you're either the evil 1% or you're retired at age 25, very rarely are people's natural hormone levels not disrupted.

When you hit middle school you immediately feel the aging process designed for us by the 1% because at that age & onward it's unhealthy to have to wake up at a routine time. As nomads who are designed to walk around continents through different time zones we have dynamic circadian rhythms, as hunters who had to expend every calorie they consumed in the process of consuming it, we often went days without food & a body in starvation mode is a lean mean sleepless machine as such we have to have dynamic circadian rhythms. Even as successful hunters digesting food disrupts sleep &as such.........................................we have to have dynamic circadian rhythms!

Meaning that all this about getting to school or work on time, all this about truancy, was designed to give you a certain expiration date that only the 1% know about.

Did you know that sometimes your blood sugar can rise from fasting?  I have a relative with diabetes, and when she  exercises too much and doesn't eat any carbs, her blood sugar rises, because the body is saying, "I'm starving for sugar here!" and then the liver produces sugar.

Beef is overpriced?  The last cull dairy cows we shipped only brought $0.45 per pound!

I disagree about circadian rhythms needing to be dynamic.  I don't pay much attention to the clock, but I wake up a bit before sunrise and work for as long as I have to to get things done and fall asleep as soon as I go to bed.  If I end up somehow being idle for very long in between those times, I will end up with a short involuntary nap, however.

I also pay no attention to my caloric consumption, and my body has maintained around 215 lbs with my height being 6 feet and three inches in height.  I never pay any attention to my body fat.  I enjoy nightly ice cream, and love my life.

Beef isn't a great meat product . Foster farms ground turkey breast or t-loin steak however ...
