Can I project my body energy into a ball of energy and pass it to another person??

So taking you serious for a moment. To reply to your question "scientifically" first you need to:
1) define energy in your statement with sub-definition of:
1a) body energy
1b) ball of energy
2) define passing of energy, like absorbed by the other person or so.
3) define projecting energy

Why? Because the sentence as is allows for different interpretations, for instance your english skills could not be perfect (no worries the grammar of your question is correct) and you could mean:
1) Throwing a ball to another person with transfer of eg. momentum
2) Some crystal ball esoteric stuff
