The answer is yes, but only if you're a masochist.

 

LOL, this is from MS themselves so it is very conservative.

While the Windows 10 language packs are smaller, having too many affects disk space, and can affect performance, especially while updating and servicing Windows.

Apart from the System limitations, I think it is definitely better than having

 

  1. Mixed case characters
  2. Special characters

 

which are difficult to remember.

 

If I were Chinese speaking, even a few English alphabets mixed with Mandarin would suit me just fine.  :sherlock:

 

PS - I could use a few digits (0-9) to create a really strong password !  :vava:
