Law Of Manufacturing Defects : The "perfect Manufacturing Company"

I was thinking of the "Trial and Error" model of manufacturing -

Consider a company that manufactures electrical switches.

For manufacturing n switches in n tries (ideal 100% : no defect),

the scope of an error increases as 1/n -> 0 (for very large "n" some error is inevitable).

Machine wear and tear could be one reason, operator error another.

Is there anything like the "Perfect Manufacturing Company" ?

Personally I don't think so.

Do you agree ?  :out:
