Induced Motions Rhythms In Humans

Humans can induce the elements of rhythm in their motion through :

dance
jogging
squatting or push-ups
cycling
martial arts (like tai-chi and karate katas)
yoga

How does the simulation of motion create harmony, both internal and external ?  :innocent:

You beg the question of whether any of these does so and also what in fact is meant in this context by "harmony".

Furthermore, these activities do not "simulate" motion, they involve actual, real , motion.

Thirdly, none of these issues has anything whatsoever to do with philosophy.

In short, another post that is well up to your usual standards. :)
