Racism On Planet X

Racial discrimination will exist where any group of animals are different from another.  It is basic nature be suspicious of anything that is not familiar.  I would like to think in these days of integration and civil rights that we would have grown out of this but that is wishful thinking.  Until everyone is a homogeneous group that look alike, think alike, and act alike there will be division.  What a boring world that would be.

To expand on my comments in post #2, animals react differently to strangers.  Stallions will fight for dominance in the herd when a new one comes around.  Primates such as Chimpanzees, Baboons, and Gorillas will attack any stranger and drive them away.  I am not sure about Bonobos, which are a more passive vegetarian version of Chimpanzees.  Humans are primates too and still retain many aggressive traits against strangers.  Dogs will approach another with their heads lowered, ears folded back and tail wagging low to the ground in a submissive posture.  Next comes a lot of mutual sniffing and then acceptance.  Male fish, particularly Cichlids, are particularly aggressive toward new males.  After a tussle for dominance, the loser will retreat to a shelter.
