Polyol Monoester Of A Fatty Acid And Monoglyceride Help :)

Recommended Posts

Any help would be greatly appreciated :) Here is my nutrition/science question. Are any of the below ingredients a 'polyol monoester of a fatty acid' and/or a 'monoglyceride' (or even contain one of these ingredients during formation)?

Eryithritol
Fructose

Sodium Bicarbonate
Corn Starch
Sodium Acid Pyrophosphate
Monocalcium Phosphate
Sea Salt
Cane Syrups
Buttermilk Powder

Thank you and God bless,
-James

I don't think so, unless there are some monoglycerides in buttermilk powder.
