petrushkagoogol
Most marriage prospect websites have a large number of profiles. (Say 100000). If a prospect were to browse 1 profile per day it would take 273 years to browse the list. Is this a psychological ploy or a practical solution? Maine farmer
I would recommend taking a more analytical approach. Decide what criteria are most valued in a potential mate first , prioritize those criteria and narrow the search accordingly. One should also be able to view as many as ten profiles per hour, at least!

Maine farmer
How long does the information need to be stored? Once you have eliminated a choice, it can be forgotten. It is not unlike shopping for a truck, something I have some experience in. You don't need to look at every truck on the market, only the ones that meet your criteria. I started with certain specs, such as power and torque, fuel efficiency, transmission options, and since new trucks are priced stupidly expensive, I was looking for a truck no newer than 2007, and no older than 2005., I then decided the price range I would stay within, and within about a month, I found the truck that I purchased. Searching for a mate can be done following the same process , only with different parameters. Edited March 12, 2016 by Farming guy
