Enigma Of Sloot's Digital Coding System.

Recommended Posts

So here is what I think of the data compression technique that brings a 10 gb movie to just 8 kb. I think that John Sloot may have used a technique similar to enigma. The start of the code comes with the decryption key, that, can be used to decrypt the random small words, into large data size. I.E. It would get the code for the movie or whatever, and encrypt it or change it into smaller words. Or that instead of the key, it just changed the code into much smaller words and letters. So say a 1080p image of full purple would maybe be something like: f-800080. Or if it were a rainbow pattern going through every color going from top to bottom would be: f-tb*FF0000'800080. In other words full for f, dash is color code next, tb is top to bottom, * is the space, and than the color code followed by ' which is to (red to purple) and than another color code.

Or maybe it could be that he used a technique such as blurring the image making the pixels slightly bigger, than, later rearrange it by putting a darker tint to each pixel and resize the pixel to the original form.

Tell me what you think! I'm all ears to hear that something is wrong or right!
