Ask Your Candidates How They View The Future Of Medical Progress

Funding for the National Institutes of Health is lower today than it was in 2010. And as you may know, federal funding for medical research is critical to achieving medical progress, which includes improving the well-being of people with deadly or debilitating diseases through the development of life-saving or life-altering treatments and cures. Basic, non-commercial, federally funded research often lays the foundation for this private-sector innovation.

I am posting to engage the science and research community to take a few moments and ask all of your candidates for Congress if they will assign a high priority to medical progress.

Thank you for your time and participation.
