'Movement with' and the illusion of reality

Recommended Posts

It is my belief that any involvement with something or 'movement with' it, creates the illusion of reality. This includes video games and wii as well as 3-D films, plus ordinary movies, rock concerts, religion, politics, mental illness, everything - if you believe you follow (move with).

Likewise the only answer is to disconnect and create distance (not feel/ move with - think of the intimate connection between music and dance).

As I've said before, this I call The Artist Effect or stepping forward to act (alter/ connect with) and stepping back to examine (take in the whole picture, not just a segment i.e. a particular time and place/ Earth/ here and now).
