Obscured by clouds

for the past month or so... the skies of Virginia, U.S.A. have had a near perpetual cloud cover. I say near perpetual meaning that portions of day-light hours have seen breaks in the clouds... only to be cloudy again as soon as the sun sets. coupled with the daily rains, which causes ultra-high humidity, even if we do get a night-time repreive, I doubt that the seeing conditions would be anywhere near favorable for any kind of observing... what with condensation on the optics and flesh-saturating moisture, I will probably not get to see Mars until after opposition. sigh...

would someone please be so kind as to give me an observing report of Mars? what are the current Martian weather conditions? what kind of surface detail can be seen? how about phobos and deimos?

my anxiety is sure to do me in before all is said and done.
