England, Canada, Ireland, Malta, New Zealand, USA and South Africa are the various countries offering some of the best English learning programs. However, for getting official and internationally recognized certificates, the British or the American educational system exams need to be passed. These are TOEFL, IELTS or Cambridge FCE exams. It is not possible for all to go to England or USA for clearing these exams, therefore, there are other affiliated schools scattered all across the world. These schools in the other parts of the world are affiliated by these two English education systems and can issue recognized certificates to the students on their behalf.
