Some suggestions

Recommended Posts

I've been 'engaging' in posted discussion forums with the "S" word in their title (instead of playing games, etc) for a few years now, and I have a slight confession or two to make.

This is my second appearance (persona-wise) at Hypography, I have to say it isn't as bad as the first one. Many such S-sites do have useful and thought-provoking discussions, and (unfortunately or not) their fair share of people who either just 'don't get it' or refuse to see the image reflecting back at them in the mirror (of expectation).

I even browsed the rule-set this time; I found that I'd been suspended for something I couldn't find a rule for, so that, I then assumed it was because the clowns got upset (Mum told me "don't talk to the clowns, they don't like it") and I guess I forgot. Clowns are funny, except when you try to ask them why they are.

I mean, hey, I hold the local record for typing "Ph.D" on a keyboard, (0.27s), which is something of a personal talisman. For some reason the clowns decided this was too much to take. I got binned, or had my circus ticket punched, or whatever the procedure is.

So, after laughing almost hysterically at the funny clown, I came back to tell you all, you should think about getting some new clowns, to keep us bored kids happy (they should know about stuff like icecream and balloons, for example); perhaps you should think about the moniker "Hypogrissy, where the clowns make up the balloon rules themselves", or some other more appropriate name.

I won't be coming back for a ringside view, but I might watch from the bleachers.

Y'all have fun, I've got other things to do than engage with the likes of people who assert "their wavefunction" is the only real one, and get hostile when I attempt to "engage" them in any discussion about this claim, or who try to type "Ph.D" quicker than me.

We're busted! ;)

What an accomplishment! At long last! Almost as great as your record-breaking typing!

It appears however that you failed to notice n°2 in "Typical reasons for banning" (and perhaps even n°5). Try to heed these, this time around.

What up Douche-bag...erhm...Boof-head. :eek_big: Just clownin' ya. :eek2: But no really, I had a hand in getting you suspended because I reported several of your flaming and rude posts. Violations of rules #9 & #10 I believe. Rules

9.Do not endlessly show us that *your* theory is the *only* truth. And don't follow this up by making people look stupid for pointing out that there are other answers, especially if they provide links and resources. It will get you banned!

10. Rude and offensive behaviour is not tolerated and might lead to instant banning (at the discretion of the forum staff). This includes forum posts, e-mails to users, messages in the chatroom, and private messages. ...

Specifically I reported some comments you made to Erasmus and your interrupting Dr. Dick's long discusssion with your own pet ideas; both I found rude & offensive and in clear violation of both the letter and intent of our rules. You see, the staff has the option to act on their own, but they have the requirement to act in response to reported posts.

Let's move on now shall we, and no snivelling ;)

Nope, one last potshot, you whining pedantic proto-person.

Wow, that must have been a well-thought out decision, I bet?

I reported your ridiculous behavious to the internet troll association; so you may be getting a visit...

There are rules in the rule-set that stipulate "personal opinions and pet theories are only allowed if posters engage O-T-H-E-R posters"; having "Troll warning" posted at my attempts, led me to the conclusion that the moderators have at last achieved that level of arrogance and self-assured sniggering in the wings, so common in circuses that pretend to "allow discussion".

Which discussion terminates - there is no discussion, not from me - at this point -> .

Oh, p.s. have you got a lot of backups for the precious site? Your precious, is just another prize for the trollers, some of whom can be quite nasty about the techniques they picked up from the lab, about trashing circuses. Just though I'd sort of let you know (there are some nasty, but quite well-educated trolls around, you know?).

Oooh, that was a grown-up threat. Goodbye!
